The items looked fine overall, but I was a little confused because the website made it seem like one thing price-wise, and then the shipping and extra fees added up quickly. By the time I checked out, it just felt pricey for what I ended up getting. Not terrible, but I wouldn’t say it felt like great value.

Communication was actually good. I got updates as things were moving along, and I didn’t really have to keep chasing, which I appreciated. There was one small delay, but they let me know about it, so yeah, overall I’m happy with how everything went.

I had to send back a couple of things because I picked the wrong size . The return steps were easy to follow , and customer support got back to me the next day . The refund showed up about a week after they received the items , so it was not the fastest , but it was hassle free

Ordered a few supplies from Coastal Business and it went mostly fine. Site was easy to figure out, and found what I needed without much hassle.
Shipping took a bit longer than I was expecting, and didn't really get many updates while waiting. Was kind of annoying, honestly.
Items arrived in decent shape and worked the way they were supposed to. Not a bad experience, just not anything amazing either. Might order again if the price is right.

"Sublimation blanks were kinda hit or miss"
I ordered some sublimation stuff from Coastal Business Supplies, and the shipping was fine enough, I guess. But the blanks weren’t quite what I was expecting. A few had little marks or weird spots, and some of them pressed kind of unevenly for me.
Maybe it was just a random bad batch or something, but it ended up wasting a bit of time and a couple prints. It wasn’t a total disaster, but I’m not super confident about ordering the same ones again

"Works fine when it feels like it"
I bought a heat press from coastalbusiness.com for my small shirt setup, and when it’s working right, it does a decent job. It heats up quickly and the size is good for what I need, so I can’t say it’s useless or anything.
The frustrating part is that it kind of works when it wants to. The pressure feels uneven sometimes, so I end up checking every print more than I should have to, which slows everything down and makes the whole process a bit annoying.
Shipping was fine and I’m still using the machine, but for the price I expected it to feel more solid and reliable. It’s okay, just not something I’d rave about. 3 stars feels about right

"Packaging felt careless"
My order did arrive, but the packaging was disappointing. The box felt flimsy, and everything had shifted around inside like not much care was put into packing it. Nothing was completely damaged, thankfully, but for the price I expected it to be packed better. It’s frustrating when something as basic as secure packaging seems to get ignored...

I reached out because there was a problem with my order, and I expected a simple resolution or at least clear help. Instead, the replies didn’t really solve anything, and I kept feeling like I had to explain the same issue over and over. In the end, nothing got fixed. Maybe other people have had a better experience, but based on what I expected from customer service, this was disappointing. I’m frustrated and wouldn’t order from them again.

My order did arrive and everything was in good shape, so no issues there. The main thing was the delivery timing. From my experience, it took longer than expected, and the tracking didn’t update enough for me to really know what was going on. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, but if I needed something by a specific day, I probably wouldn’t fully count on the timing

I ordered from coastalbusiness.com after reading through the product page, but what showed up didn’t really match the details listed. It felt like the description was off, and I was disappointed when I opened it.
Customer service wasn’t terrible, but I expected a faster response, especially since the issue came from the product info being wrong in the first place. I don’t feel like I should have to keep following up to get something fixed, so I probably won’t order again.
